One year of free product-quality coverage, followed by ongoing replacement-part support. We are here to help you resolve product issues, even after the first year.
If your iHomeBlinds product develops a confirmed product-quality issue within one year of its original delivery date, we will remake the affected product or send the replacement parts needed to resolve the issue, free of charge.
Our technical team will review the problem and recommend the appropriate solution.
After the first year, we continue to provide free replacement parts for confirmed product-quality issues for as long as you own your iHomeBlinds product.
You pay the shipping cost. Our technical team will help identify the parts you need and explain how to replace them.
Having an issue with your blinds or shades? Please show us what is happening so we can help identify the right solution.
Contact service@ihomeblinds.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. If your order includes several products, tell us which one is affected.
Please attach clear photos or a short video showing the product, the affected area or part, and the problem. For operating issues, a video showing what happens when you use the shade is especially helpful.
Our technical team will review your photos or video and reply by email with troubleshooting guidance and the next steps. We may ask for additional details to confirm the cause.
Once the issue is assessed, we will arrange the appropriate replacement parts or remake under the terms above. Any charges payable by you will be confirmed before the solution is arranged.
